The bill (Reg. No. 2118a) suggests to amend the List of permits in the sphere of economic activity, approved by the Law “On the List of permits in the sphere of economic activity” and by the Law “On employment of population” that aim to regulate activity of market participants – employers who hire employees so that they further could perform work in Ukraine for another employer.
The List of permits in the sphere of economic activity was suggested to be supplemented with a new document, i.e. the permit to hire the employees so that they further could perform work in Ukraine for another employer (clause 154 of the List of permits in the sphere of economic activity).
The article 39 of the Law “On employment” is stipulated to be supplemented with new norms.
